You know about sports coaching: Coach K (basketball), the various Olympic coaches, etc.

Well, there is also “executive coaching” in the business world: helping people to reduce stress, make decisions more efficiently, improve leadership & team-building skills, etc.

There is also “life coaching” which means that a coach helps people with a specific transition or goal.

Then there is “therapy” which is like a sports doctor. For example, if Coach K saw a player limping, he would send them for deeper healing.

I have to say that I spent a chunk of money on therapy, but found more powerful healing for FREE from youtube videos teaching me ‘self coaching tools’.
