Welcome.

Everyone ‘numbs out’ sometimes — in many ways (not just colas). Numbing is a natural survival method.

However, when we ‘over-numb’ &/or too often, we can feel ‘trapped’.

(This website could be applied to any bad habit.)

I applaud you for considering the new ideas here.

A healing path awaits!

Quit numbing out with colas — instead, chase a big dream!

A google search shows many medical reasons to quit, including diabetes.

Does this simple bad habit seem like a prison (made of caffeine, sugar, & chemicals)?

Please be kind to yourself & grab the keys to escape!

My step-by-step program can SET YOU FREE!

I’m intense because I saw a parent suffer the effects of a diet cola addiction.

That’s why I fight the cola companies & boost you.

Butterflies inspire us!

Your Caterpillar Self

The Cocoon Stage

Your Butterfly Self (hooray!!!)

As our Caterpillar Self, we get stuck in our Comfort Zone.

Then we can feel like Anxiety is ‘attacking’ us. Instead, what if Anxiety is an alert signal (from our Butterfly Self)?

What if Anxiety is a divine spark pulling us forward (into our next evolution)?

In the Cocoon Stage,

we all experience:

fears, self-doubts, grief, & various other

growing pains....

while at the same time,

we are imagining,

feeling into, & therefore

becoming our Butterfly Self.

It’s a messy process with a meltdown in the middle.

Quitting colas:

  • Making yourself so proud!

  • Stunning your doctor & delighting your dentist!

  • Going for your dream!

Yeah!

(Credit to coach Martha Beck for the butterfly metaphor in her book: Finding Your Own North Star)

In the meltdown:

Plan ahead of time

1

Then quit: (a) Instant 100% ‘cold turkey’, or (b) gradual ‘taper down’.

Endure any withdrawal symptoms

2

“The first 3 to 30 days are the hardest.”

Replace colas with water & healthy treats

3

For example, pieces of fruit (with the fiber).

Tolerate the temptations

4

Use gentle ‘self-coaching’ tools for tough moments.

You can do it!

Trust in the process.

Believe in your Butterfly Self —

‘ahead of time’ (before you see any ‘evidence’).

And add playfulness where you can, today!

Woo - hoo!
Let’s rock it!
Yeah!!!
