Welcome.

Everyone ‘numbs out’ sometimes — in many ways (not just colas). Numbing is a natural survival method.

However, when we ‘over-numb’ and / or too often, we can feel ‘trapped’.

(This website could be applied to any bad habit.)

I applaud you for considering the new ideas here.

A healing path awaits!

Warmly,
Coach Sparky

Quit numbing out — instead, chase a big dream!

I’m intense because I saw a parent suffer the effects of a diet cola addiction.

That’s why I fight the cola companies & boost you.

In my own (ongoing) journey (dealing with a different numbing habit), I spent a lot of money consulting therapists, but then…

I found more powerful healing from free YouTube videos of ‘life coaches’ teaching me ‘self-coaching’ skills.

Butterflies inspire us!

Our Caterpillar Self

The Cocoon Stage

Our Butterfly Self (hooray!!!)

As our Caterpillar Self, we get stuck in our Comfort Zone.

Then we can feel like Anxiety is ‘attacking’ us. Instead, what if Anxiety is an alert signal (from our Butterfly Self)?

What if Anxiety is a divine spark pulling us forward (into our next evolution)?

In the Cocoon Stage,

we all experience:

fears…

self-doubts…

grief…

& various other growing pains....

(Ouch! Eeeeek! Aaargh!!!)

While at the same time,

we are also imagining,

feeling into, & therefore

becoming our Butterfly Self.

It’s a messy process with a meltdown in the middle.

Quitting a bad habit:

  • Making myself so proud!

  • Stunning the people around me!

  • Going for my dream!

My Butterfly Self feels alive!!!

Yeah!

(Credit to coach Martha Beck for the butterfly metaphor in her book: Finding Your Own North Star)

Trust in the process.

Believe in your Butterfly Self —

ahead of time (before you see any ‘evidence’).

Add playfulness — yeah!

Woo - hoo!
Let’s rock it!
Yay!!!
