Step 1: Say “I’m back”

to celebrate that I noticed that my mind took a self-criticism ‘trip’, but now I’ve returned to my body in the Present.

In other words, I’m not ‘fixing’ my thoughts — just coming back to my body’s sensations.


Step 2: ‘If you feel [any emotion] — really feel it without judging it — it takes it out of ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

Then that energy… can be a jet pack of fuel [that helps you].’
