saying “I’m back”

after my mind takes a trip into the past or the future. (Not ‘fixing’ my thoughts — just coming back to my body’s sensations.)

‘If you feel [any emotion] — really feel it without judging it — it takes it out of ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

Then that energy… can be a jet pack of fuel [that helps you].’
